3:00 PM – Mulled wine & Æbleskiver
We're kicking off the Christmas cheer in our atmospheric living rooms. The scent of warm, spiced mulled wine or hot chocolate and cosy *æbleskiver* (Danish pancake puffs) spreads as the Christmas peace truly descends upon the gathering.
6:30 PM – The Grand Christmas Dinner
We invite you to the table for a classic and uncompromising Christmas dinner. Look forward to:
Starter Fresh smoked salmon with classic accompaniments.
Main course: Traditional Christmas duck and juicy roast pork served with all the good Christmas trimmings, including crispy crackling and caramelised potatoes.
Dessert Creamy rice pudding with warm cherry sauce (and of course a marzipan gift for the lucky one!).
Drinks: Beer, water and wine are included throughout the dinner.
9:00 PM – Evening Coffee & Christmas Biscuits
After dinner, we will gather around the Christmas tree and conclude a magical evening with freshly brewed coffee, tea, and a selection of the best Christmas cookies, before you, full and happy, can head home towards your own beds.
Let's set the scene for your Christmas Eve, so you can focus on what's most important: coziness and togetherness.
